RETURNS, SHIPPING & CONDITION POLICY

This Policy governs all sales made through www.VintageByKai.com
 and is incorporated by reference into our Terms & Conditions.

FINAL SALE POLICY

Due to the nature of vintage, pre-owned, and resale merchandise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued except where expressly authorized in writing by Vintage By Kai.

Customer dissatisfaction, fit issues, color variance, wear, or buyer’s remorse do not qualify for return eligibility.


CONDITION DISCLOSURE

All items are sold as vintage and/or pre-owned, unless otherwise stated.

Customers acknowledge:

Natural wear, aging, fading, fabric irregularities, and minor imperfections are inherent to vintage goods

Measurements provided are approximate

Colors may vary due to screen and lighting differences

By completing a purchase, customer affirms acceptance of the item’s condition as described and photographed.


SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within the timeframe stated at checkout

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier acceptance

Vintage By Kai is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery errors

Claims related to shipping damage or loss must be submitted directly to the carrier.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS (RARE & DISCRETIONARY)

If a return is authorized:

Written approval is required prior to return

Item must be unused, unaltered, and returned exactly as received

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Unauthorized returns will be refused

CHARGEBACKS, FRAUD & DISPUTE ABUSE

By completing a purchase, customer agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Vintage By Kai at Info@VintageByKai.com

Improper chargebacks—including but not limited to claims of:

“Item not as described”

“Unauthorized transaction”

“No refund received” (where policy states final sale)

—may constitute fraudulent misuse of payment systems.

The Company reserves the right to:

Submit transaction records, communications, tracking confirmation, and policy acknowledgments to payment processors

Permanently ban customers who engage in chargeback abuse

Recover losses, fees, and administrative costs associated with chargebacks

ACKNOWLEDGMENT & ENFORCEMENT

Completion of checkout constitutes affirmative acknowledgment of:

Final sale terms

Arbitration agreement

Class action waiver

UCC disclaimers

Failure to review policies does not exempt customer from compliance.
